This coulis has a shitload of vitamin C to upgrade any breakfast.

SO START YOUR DAY WITH SOME C SAUCE.

Makes about 2 ½ cups

6 peeled tangerines (we like clementines)

¼ cups tangerine or orange juice

¼ cup sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Pinch of salt

Blend all this shit together until it looks super smooth. Pour it through a fine strainer or cheesecloth to get a bunch of the fiber out then place it in the fridge to cool and thicken up a lil, about an hour and a half.

To serve pour it over cake, ice cream, pancakes, or waffles.
