Strawberry Lime Margaritas

Makes 4 responsibly sized drinks or 1 irresponsibly sized one
Strawberry Lime Margaritas

this drink’s got whole fruit and citrus so if anyone gives you shit for drinkin more than one or seven just tell ‘em you’re getting your fiber

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 whole lime, chopped
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 ½ cups water
8 ounces tequila
¼ cup sugar or your favorite sweetener*
2-4 cups ice
Directions

Toss the strawberries, lime, orange juice, and water into a blender and let that run until everything looks chopped the fuck up. Throw in the tequila, sweetener, and ice. Use 2 cups if you used frozen strawberries, 4 cups if you used fresh. Run the blender again until it looks smooth and well… like a motherfucking margarita. Serve right away with some salt around the rim if you’re into it.

* If you’re using really ripe fresh strawberries you might not need this. Your call though.
