You need: your favourite veggies from your garden, coconut or other milk of your choice. Boil 2 cups water Peel and cube veggies and add to the water in the order they cook: 3-4 carrots, 4-5 medium potatoes, 1 small cauliflower, 1/4cup peas Cook the veggies until almost tender. Add enough milk substitute to make it soupy. Flavour with ouch of salt and sugar.
