1/4 cup regular oats (not instant or steel cut) 1 1/2 tsp shelled hemp or chia seeds 1/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup cultured almond milk 1/2 tsp vanilla (1/4 cup) fresh or frozen berries Place all ingredients in a 1 cup container with a lid. (I used a freezer cup, recommend a mason jar). Add as much fruit on top as you can fit in the jar to close the lid. Shake it up to mix all ingredients and place in fridge overnight. Ready to eat, or grab and go in the morning! Make it with ripe bananas and cocoa, apples and cinnamon, cooked rhubarb and maple syrup, or any favourite fruit or topping.
