2 cups cooked couscous (we always use leftovers, and normally garlic flavored) 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup Parmesan 1 Tbl. Fresh basil, chopped 2 Tbl. Flour 1/4 olive oil Mix couscous, eggs pamesan and basil. Get your hands in there. Sprinkle flour over the top and mix again. Heat your oil. Grab a handful of the couscous and smash it into a patty. Place in oil and cook until golden, about 2 mins per side.
