Some go-to treats.
Mash up 2 ripe bananas, one single serving cup (about 1/2 c) of unsweetened applesauce, 2 cups of old fashioned or steel cut (not the quick shit) oats. Add a good handful (wash your damn hands first) of walnuts, almonds, sunnies or whatever, chopped or not, I don't give a rat's ass, plus a handful of cacao nibs (or dark chocolate baking chips), and a handful of dried fruit (cranberries, berries, raisins, dates).
If you are really lazy and have trail mix, use that instead of the nuts n berries. Mix it all up.
If so inclined add a handful of ground hemp seed (not the shit you are saving to grow when it gets legal, that's a different deal) or chia or flax seed. Top it off with a big old squirt of local honey or maple syrup and if you are really a sugar junkie, then a packet of stevia. Add a teaspoon of real vanilla, not the fake shit.
Mix well, spray a baking sheet with olive oil and make some little patty cakes. Don't bother putting space in between them cuz they don't have fat and won't spread, you dipwad. So don't mess up a second cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20. Keep em in the fridge.
EZ CoCoNut Muffins
Mix 3/4 c coconut flour, 1/2 t baking soda, 1/2 t sea salt; in separate bowl beat 6 eggs, 1t vanilla, 1/4 cup honey and 1/2 c coconut oil. Blend all. Add dried cranberries, orange zest and pecans or any dried fruit combo. Makes 12. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Freeze 'em so you don't hoover them all up at once.
